It does its job, although the kitten has somehow decided that it will chew this cardboard instead of sharpening its claws on it) Sometimes it lies down to rest right there.

It comes with like catnip. I didn’t know , but don’t pour it in there because there’s holes in the bottom and they spilled all over my bed other than that super good. My cat loves it.
Both of the scratchers i ordered were received on 12/21 (10 days earlier than the estimated delivery was for 12/31). Both had some damage that flattened multiple spots of the scratching area. The damage was due to the scratchers being mailed in plastic bags. The damage isn't extensive enough to return the scratchers but may be enough to prevent me from buying more in the future. Otherwise, the transaction went well.
