Litter box arrived broken

Horrible delivery and customer service. Item has arrived so late and it is also cracked. Asked for a refund and they want me to pay for shipping and travel 2 hours from my location just for a $14 litter box. Partial refund is also unfair because i was only refunded $4.

Smaller than expected but generally acceptable

The package arrived quickly but was broken. I think the reason is that the product was poorly packaged, the plastic is very thin, and the packaging is very weak.

Really small, only for kittens. A bigger cat will never fit..
